Awful dealer, avoid like the plague!

Every salesperson I have dealt with from Williams Rochdale BMW has been completely ignorant of my issue, which was their fault to begin with, and I am still yet to resolve it. None of the salespeople return your call after reception say they'll pass on the message, they don't reply to emails and they don't understand that when dealing with a discrepancy of hundreds of pounds that they should make that a priority. Don't buy a car from them unless you want to be taken for a ride. I was only lucky because the car I bought was cheaper than all equivalent models from other dealers and still in very good condition.
