This was the worst ever experience

This was the worst ever experience I had with a car dealer, left me feeling that I'd never go to dealers /brokers to purchase vehicles.. I visited this trader WMS Motor Group located at UB1 2PD in Southall which is around 23 miles away from Goodmayes the place where I live. I called up this dealer 2 days before and said that I liked their Toyota Prius 1.5 Hybrid advertised on AutoTrader then appointment was fixed on Saturday.It took 2.5 hrs for me to travel there, after I reached there I see lot of cars outside their garage and some inside the garage but no one bothered to ask me what I came for. You will forget what you came for by the time they attend you :-( After 1/2 hr of waiting, a worker comes out of that garage and enquired what I wanted, then I explained to him politely. He said the manager is having his lunch inside and told me it would take 15mins, after that manager comesout and says that vehicle is out for service today and is not available, This is totally unacceptable.

Dishonest, heartless. I was scammed, humiliated

Beware of one dealer at this company.Man in his forties,short,Middle Eastern looking,has slight limp when walks.He seemed lovely and friendly at first.I Asked for a V5C/2 document,he didn't give it,said he's registered me online.I phoned DVLA,they said noone registered me.He gave me 1 key for the car,promised to give second key later.Said he will cut second key for £50.I call and text for 2 months

Arrogant Dealer with Cars not road Worthy

I was sold a car which was not road worthy. From the Advert on Auto-trader the dealer fail to mention the damages and poor tyre conditions the car was in. I did not get to test drive it as dealer was mentioning about 6 months warranty and I should not worry. Rude crooks, avoid at all costs

Rude and abusive and threatening staff. Shouted abuse and threatened me by saying where he lives and calling me time waste when i refused to make a deal when he is the one wasting my time. No respect and manners at all and should not be in the trade industry at all. Very Rude Staffs and Cancellation Fees of £500

What a waste of time, I should have believed all the bad reviews this dealer has before visiting them. Located on a high street but no company name displayed on site. No landline number exist for this dealer and a very bad experience visiting this dealer. No allowed for test drive telling me it is covered in the warranty package and I should not worry.
