Poor customer service

When I viewed the car neither of the key fobs worked so had to lock and unlock it with the key in the door. I was told by the salesman that it would be sorted before I picked it up so thought no more about it. Picked it up and once home I checked the spare key and as you'd expect, it didn't work. On calling Yate Car Sales I was told that as one key worked as far as they were concerned that was good enough and weren't prepared to do anything about it. £250 later plus replacing a severely buckled wheel and rear tyres that were just on the limit. It was an expensive car with problems. Don't bother with them.

Just popped in to see what was about and bought a car from them!

I just popped into Yate Car Sales to see what was about and ended up buying a car from them! Their communication was good and they answered any questions I asked. I would recommend them to others wanting a buy their next car and would buy from them again.

I bought my car from Yate Car Sales after searching online and looking at a few, but particularly liking this one. They offer a pleasant service and are quick in sending any correspondence. I would buy from them again and definitely recommend them to others searching for a car.

Very helpful. No pressure sales.

Searching on the internet took me to Yate Car Sales as they had the car I was interested in. They are very helpful and have a "no pressure" sales approach. I would have no hesitation in returning to them in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.

Plenty of selection to choose from and condition of cars very g

I bought my car from Yate Car Sales as I liked the car that I saw with them on the internet and was impressed by the reviews of the satisfied customers. There was no pressure by the salesmen, they have plenty of selection of cars to choose from and their cars are in very good condition. I would return to them to buy another car from them in the future and would definitely recommend them.

Service received excellent
