Very very happy to take your money, just pray nothing goes wrong
In July 2014 i purchased a Citroen DS3 D Sport Plus, at first the overall service provided by the dealer was brilliant, they were very helpful and extremely happy to accept full cash payment.
I was told that i could pick the car up in 7 working days, 3 weeks went by and i still didnt have my DS3.
After collecting the car i noticed that there was a problem with the steering, i immediately took it back and informed the dealer, they told me that the car was absolutely fine, the car has been back another 4 times for the same issue since.
The final straw was when i was driving the car just last week and the steering failed, myself and the car ended up in the hedge with the car nearly rolling over, luckily it didn't and i was fine.
i had the car recovered to exeter where i informed them i wanted my money back, the sales manager got very aggressive with myself and my mother, hitting his hands with anger, im still stuck with a car that dangerous to drive, and they couldn't care less !! bad customer service!!!
