Avoid – misleading advertising, poor ethics, and zero aftersales support

I had an extremely disappointing experience with V12 Sports & Classics and would strongly advise others to be very cautious.

I enquired about a £13,000 BMW (2021) and reserved it online as it looked good in the advert. Before travelling 170 miles each way, I phoned the dealership and clearly explained the distance I was travelling. I was reassured the car was in excellent condition and that a 3-month warranty was included.

On arrival, the reality was very different. The car:

• Only had one key

• Had visible damage down the side

• Had badly scuffed alloys on both sides

When I asked what they intended to do about these issues before purchase, I was bluntly told:

“It’s an old car — we won’t do anything about it. Take it or leave it.”

Given the distance travelled, I reluctantly viewed another vehicle which appeared cleaner and proceeded with that purchase. Only after committing did it

Took ownership of my car without paying
They took my PX from me of £32,297. Registered it to them in the trade, gave me an invoice signed and dated then decided they wanted to back out. I am left with a car I cannot tax or insure, as they have taken ownership from me. They do not care!

Avoid these guys, false AA inspections, no service history or paperwork, and zero after sales service.
