Illegal and not registered with motor ombudsman
This company is not registered with the Motor Ombudsman and does not conduct legally, go and find a dealership that is. I bought a van from Mega van supermarket and a dealership discovered it had a tampered with emissions system and software, which made the van illegal, unable to be driven and the warranty void. I requested a refund within 30 days of delivery (within my rights under customer service act), and the company have outright refused to engage with me, with no reply. I have sent a formal complaint and letter before action, with no reply, and will need to take them to court to resolve the situation. Very stressful, expensive and time consuming. They own several sister companies that also sell second hand vehicles,
