Avoid like the plague!

My 19 year old daughter found a mini convertible through Millenium which we were buying for her. We drove 4 hours from Essex to Manchester to pick up the vehicle and on arrival the scratches were far worse than the video’s and pictures we’d received however, we assumed it minor damage and could be fixed. The garage assured us the car had just been serviced and a new MOT.

It became apparent the radio didn’t work and both my daughter and I reported this to the garage but felt we were being fobbed off. She then broke down two weeks later on a dual carriageway with an engine problem and had the RAC out. A mechanic then looked over the vehicle and his professional opinion believes the car had previously been written off as there was significant damage and extensive poor repair work although this has not reported. Enough was enough and the finance company advised me to wind down the agreement and return the vehicle. A further diagnostic report has also signalled multiple faults. Surprise surprise the garage doe

Beware of this Car Sales business
AVOID This business misleads potential customers. The car I was enquiring about was not as described. A video I was sent did not show major faults. I wasted 4hrs to visit their premises in Manchester and yet the representative I corresponded with, I was advised, was based in London!
WARNING
Wish I'd checked the review sites before purchasing a car from Alan. An mot test centre has confirmed thaf this car should not have passed an mot. The mot centre he took his cars to where in on it. Numerous faults that will cost thousands to repair. I've since been on companies house.. wow! Looks like they've had that many complaints, they decided to wind it up. Watch out for Alan popping up a
Fantastic Experience
I was very nervous about replacing my 13 year old Mondeo. I had a limited budget and found a suitable vehicle at Millennium Motors. The customer service I received was above and beyond. The Sales chap was a very polite young man and put me at ease immediately. No hard sale. Through him I discovered they're a family orientated business and have traded for 12 years. I could tell the young man was c
Very happy with the deal I got
From start to finish I had a good experience when buying a car from millenium I found the staff helpful and friendly The car I bought was a fair deal and with a 6 month warranty and 1 year mot that saved me quite a bit So far I have nothing to complain about very happy
Didn't get as far as buying, the whole experience was just hideous.
I am one of those people who are evidently totally invisible to car salesmen. I parked my reasonably smart car with private plate outside their premises and proceeded to walk around their yard for about twenty minutes, in particular looking at one vehicle. There were three people walking about doing things, no other potential customers, yet none even acknowledged my existence. Eventually I had to
BEWARE!
I purchased a second hand car on 31/07/13 and within the space of 3 weeks numerous faults have suddenly 'came to light' ... worst one being the braking system. We received no MOT cert or V5 - new keeper part. The staff are very unhelpful and I was actually shocked by the way the 'owner' conducts his business, in an extremely rude manner. Now having to fight for refund but Consumer Advice have b
