The single worse buying and after sales experience of my life.



I have had by far the single worse buying and after sales experience of my life with V12 - Worksop.

Where do I even start, from beginning to end the purchasing process has been back street dealer esque at best.

In January this year me and my wife purchased a Nissan Qashqai. From the moment we enquired about the vehicle we were bombarded with text messages and phone calls from car salesman desperate for a bit of commission, to the point where one of the sales men - Callem (I think that’s how you spell his name) actually called my wife from his own personal phone, clearly breaching data protection laws by putting my wife’s number into his own personal phone which he had taken from a workplace system, and contacting us by this means. At the time that he called us we did not know that he had done this and just assumed it was a work phone number he had called from.

We told Callem we would be coming down on the Saturday at 11am, he said he would have the car ready for us when we got there. On the day, he

Avoid these guys
Avoid these guys, false AA inspections, no service history or paperwork, and zero after sales service. It started of great, finding a great looking Audi S3 for my son on their website, contacted them and paid a holding deposit. Went to see the car and the car looked good and drove well. I wouldn’t buy a car here ever again. Travelled hours to them, it’s was a very weird environment to start! we went there to buy 2 cars, one car was sold by the time we got there so we were offered another car. Test drove both cars on local roads. Impossible to obtain refund on hold deposit despite buying the car ! Called emailed etc and NOTHING! Really really annoying!
