A smooth & easy experience

I read all these reviews on here and was surprised tbh I cannot have had a better experience when i bought a van .. i spent considerable time with salesmen & the owners I found them all to be very polite & helpful… in all honesty i’ve had worse experience in new car dealerships! This company has been trading for over 40 years and with the same staff too .. so they must be doing something right!

Don't buy from NCVsales, you have been warned!

Purchased a used £41,000 vehicle from Stuart (manager) at NCV sales, found out a short time after purchase that there was damage to the undertray, had a quote to get repaired of £379 but they refused to get it fixed, even though it showed there was damage on a previous service history. I have recently bought a car from here I had my eye on a couple of others from other sellers But the moment I stepped into the showroom I felt at ease. The staff were Friendly and Very Professional And I was given good advice about the car I was looking for. I would highly recommend.

Complete Muppets

Bought a car that had failed oil pump within two days. NCV eventually accepted the car back and made a refund but argued at every turn and made things extremely difficult. I recovered from lung cancer a few years ago and this was a far easier experience than dealing with these Muppets.

high level of after care

bought a used Mercedes ml 250 from the guys at ncv, which was very clean and very well presented, had a couple of issues with it and this was all sorted and even gave me a courtesy car! would definitely recommend
