Absolutely diabolical! Avoid these con men like the plague! Currently in the process of taking them to court - hearing date on the 1st October! They are con men, selling faulty cars ! Read all reviews before buying, all the same issues, bad communication, fault lights and management lights not working, refuse to take responsibility and push on time to resolve issues so they can try to push it passed a timescale for CRA! They falsify MOT documents and try to demoralise people. They don’t respond for weeks and weeks to push on time! Their ADR service are biased towards the company and try to be little you , I reported my car as faulty 1 month after purchase! I agreed to a repair which was not done correctly and the faults not rectified as promised to which I have proof of! I have given them numberous chances to sort it but I’m taking this company all the way and I won’t give up, with pages and pages of evidence against the

One star is generous
From day one service was shocking. Car wasn’t ready. Part exhange price dropped after agreeing a price. Vehicle had many dangerous faults. These went to be repaired but came out unfixed and there was significant further damage to the paint work and vehicle. All of course were apparently there before. Faulty B250e 2017 From this Cowboys
Bought a car 13:12/23 from this cowboys are it was the worst experience of my life. The car does not meet and did not spec as advertised online.
