I purchased a car from this car dealership a ford cmax grand for £3500 with full service history and AA inspection.. thinking it must be ok ....boy was i wrong first 2 days DPF light on go to there garage regenerated the dpf.. one week after car breaks down AA out the DPF pipes are blown towed back to garage get a phone call a couple of days later"the machanic says its not under there warranty you have damaged the cat and it will cost you£250 +labour i know if i hit anything driving but could not prove it. So pick up car on the Friday bill is£541 thort this will solve the problem went strait home went out for a couple of hours broke down again.. AA out again!..engineer says the DPF is 135%full so back to garage this time to return the car because not fit for purpose. .had this car 20 days since then 12 weeks now not one email or phone call i have been in 3 time wanting to speak with the manager still dont know who he is!..one day i went in they didn't know i was going the machanic rushed out said it be done
