Unethical Selling Practices
Big Motoring World use unethical passive/aggressive selling practices which are designed to wear the customer down, so much that you end up paying them money without asking key questions.
They put you at a disadvantage because they don't give you the actual paperwork to look at before you sign. Instead they get you to sign a tablet and then they transpose your signature on to the relevant documents, so you don't get a chance to see what you are paying for, like the £300 "Buyers Fee".
They do not give you honest information about the Gardx add-ons that they push, so that even the savviest consumer can end up giving them a lot of money for policies and products which are, in effect, useless.
Difficult to understand how companies like Big Motoring World still exist.
