This multi-branch car dealer seems willing to jeopardise its rep
I was selling my car via FB Marketplace during Christmas time, and Charlie Sander, the dealer representative, approached me regarding helping me sell my car using their dealer. I agreed because my car is very niche & there wasn't much of a market for it. Not only did they barely help, but it also took them a total of 4 months to sell my car and give me a bit of trade-in value. They never reply to your call or message; after-sale is what I would call *a corporate deceptive practice*. They told me that the new owner had lowballed me at £10,000, the original listing at £11,750. Luckily the new owner found my social media. Not only did they fail to disclose the stuff I had done to my car, but I felt like they barely understood anything about cars in general. They're just culture vultures in the automotive world that take advantage of the car community & industries that are full of dishonest people.
