Terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible experience with this car dealer, Lee. I bought a car which broke down just 10 days later due to a serious engine fault (not to mention electric tailgate & aircon not working from day 1). When I contacted the dealer Lee, I was shocked by the complete lack of customer service or accountability.
He refused to cover the cost of a recovery truck, and wouldn’t pay for an independent roadside mechanic (despite supplying evidence/invoices), insisting instead that I tow the car to be looked at by his so-called "mechanic friend"—completely disregarding my rights as a customer and any sense of fairness.
It only got worse from there. My calls were ignored repeatedly, and when I finally did get through, he hung up on me mid-conversation. No apology, no responsibility, and zero effort to acknowledge the inconvenience or cover the additional costs I had to pay out of pocket.
The entire experience was stressful, and the dealer’s behaviour was nothing short of bullying—trying to intimidate
