EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM TEST DRIVE TO PURCHASE. HIGHLY RECOMENDED

MY REVIEW OF A PURCHASE OF A PEUGOT 307cc (57 PLATE)

IN MARCH 2015

Having read the reviews on this site where all were good apart from one which was extremly negative, this one negative review made me quite wary , however I needn't have worried, I could not find anything wrong whatsoever with this dealer. The guy who dealt with my purchase was so helpful gave me a fair price in part ex and was really genuine and NOT your Arthur Daley type. When I picked up my car it had been fully valeted to a high standard and even the number plates had been renewed. Also I was given a three month warranty and A.A.meambership, and was assured that if there are any problems, however small to come straight back and they will be sorted out which hopefully won't arise but gave me piece of mind. Should you want confirmation of my recomendation of A.K. Simpson I will happily give them permission for you to contact me. I am so happy I now ignored the negative review and chose this dealer and would certainly go back.

Bought my car june by September it had been back five yes five times...three weeks after fifth time it broke again..they allowed my mechanic to fix it then kept him waiting two weeks to pay him then paid sixty pound short. On the mot it stated break pads disc n exhaust needed replacement none were done ive had to pay on top of buying car, they dont check they get in n.sell on... joke

I turned up at 12. 00 picked my car, it was serviced got a m.o.t and cleaned and ready for me to pick up at 5.30. Thats good , cheers

Brilliant!

I viewed a Vauxhall Astra in January 2015, after taking for a test drive noticed it needed a little bit of work on it. I informed AK Simpson and said I was still interested in the vehicle but needed the works completing. One week later - ALL done, absolutely perfect! Plus they put a 12 month MOT on it and let me use their computer to apply for the tax online before I drove it away! I cannot fault

Not one bad thing to say.. FANTASTIC!

Not one to take time out to comment or give feedback on things but I really felt the need to after the outstanding service I received at A K Simpson Car Sales. As soon as I stepped foot on the pitch in Dukinfield (Oct 2014) a very friendly gentlemen approached us who wasn't too on top and let us look around at our own ease.
