Problems from the start

I purchased a car from Aintree Garage last year, I have had problems with the car from the start, and just as the car went out of Warranty lots of major problems occurred. I asked how much it would cost to get the car fixed with them, I was promised I would get a good price with a small labour charge, however from the day I was told this by one of the employee's every time I rang they said the employee wasn't available and on my 3rd call they said I was wasting there time and they wouldn't fix my car and before I could say anything else they hung up on me.Very disappointed with the car I purchased (waste of good money)Highly disappointed in the customer service (non existent)If you see this review please take my advise and don't visit this garage or purchase anything from them, not a trust worthy garage, and possibly the worst customer service I have ever received.

Wouldnt use if last garage on earth

They “bought” my car through Motorway and well over a week later had not bothered to contact me at all to arrange collection and were actively ignoring all my attempts to contact them. Additionally they had the audacity to continue to advertise my car on their website advising it was “still available” in response to an enquiry. Strange , as it was then and still remains parked on my driveway . Abs

Excellent speedy service

Aintree garages exceeded expectations today. Phoned Billy up today to say I had a problem with my car making a funny noise. He told me to bring it in and he will have a look at it. Am I glad I did, my break pads had worn right down. Even though it's the Easter holidays Billy got my car fixed today. Dont go near

I brought a car for cash on the 2nd of jan by march it had broken down the garage woukd only fix if i got it there i managed to get it there it took 4 days longer than they said it would be. 3 weeks later next injector went they made me keep calling back as to busy then warrenty went out so i had a different garage fix it then 3 weeks later next one went its a good car when it works .the garage ha

Terrible service

Nightmare service specifically in relation to aftercare. Car received without a valet and missing a key after waiting 24 hours to come back and collect the car. Had to go back again the next day for the key and for the valet, which didn't happen and had to do this myself and they would give me £50 back. Been waiting 3 weeks for this and made another 2 phone calls to prompt this. Would never use th
