Excellent car buying experience!

I bought a Saab 9-3 from Sam at AudiSaab and have had a really excellent experience. First of all, the car was offered at a really competitive price, which meant there was no need to try and haggle down. When I arrived to view, I was given the keys and told I could go for a drive - this gave a far more realistic experience of how the car is to drive than a short guided test drive with a dealer. The roads around AudiSaab are good for driving and allow you to get up to a decent speed.

Sam had the car put through an MoT and promised to fix any advisories (there were none). The car was ready promptly, and the handover was easy.

Since purchasing, there have been a couple of minor niggles with the car - Sam has been great at getting these sorted. The after sales support goes beyond what is required of a dealer!

I would not hesitate to buy from Sam again, and hope to be back for my next Saab or Audi!

A very happy customer

I can honestly say that I've never had a better experience with buying a used car. Sam and Andy were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was in impeccable condition. Fantastic customer service highly recomended

Bought an Audi Q7 the rough Sam at Audisaab and cannot speak highly enough of the service received. I had a few problems with the car (not anything Sam could have been blamed for) and the response to put everything right was absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations.
