Customer service is dreadful, over paid for the car originally... and a year on we have paid over £1000 in repairs for a car that cost £2800 and now we are having to scrap it because it is costing another £3000 to repair.... Please stay away from this garage!

We were sold a car that broke down the next day. I asked for our money back the salesman said it needed a part and he wld fix it. After one wk of waiting for it to be fixed he confessed it wasn't the fault and said it was diagnosed with 8 different faults so I Cld have my money back. I bought a vaxhaul astra with 3 months engineand gearbox warranty. It was over priced (2748£) but I thought the warranty is worth. Had a very bad experience with Auto Hub Ltd, paid them a cash deposit and then they refused to complete the remainder of the transaction by accepting a major credit card and would not refund the cash deposit, the same situation as the last reviewer described.
