dissatisfied, frustrated, car was fine but Worst experience

Agreed on a sale with a wrap/tints/wheels/tuning work and a private reg to put on. After paying deposit contact became nothing and wasn't told of progress. Waited for invoice to be e-mailed (for assurance) which didn't come. Spent few days trying to get that sent & dealer said he didn't have time/technical issue. W/out assurance I suggested canceling, then got an apology and some info. I asked to post invoice but never got it. Unresponsiveness happend on more occasions. Work took 3 weeks+ & extra charge came for grill and an issue wrapping mirrors. We already agreed the product/price, so those things should've been mentioned. He suggested to deliver w/out mirror issue fixed, I refused. Got the car 4 weeks after I paid w/out spare key or private reg. Delivery was meant for 10am, got it at 4pm. The electric mirrors don't work & the front right tyre had a nail in which needed replacing. Still don't have plates/keys 3 weeks on & DVLA told me no application was made for my reg/V5C transfer.
