Do not buy- dishonest company/ safety concerns/ poor quality ca

I absolutely do not recommend purchasing from big motoring world, do not waste your hard-earned money and risk getting caught in a back and forth with these people. 100% recommend buying elsewhere.

This will be a long review but feel everyone should be fully aware of the type of company they are considering purchasing from and the quality of cars they offer.

I bought a seat Ibiza from big motoring world in cannock on 29/06/24. I made a point of purchasing from a bigger dealership with the idea that it is less risky than buying private, they will be more trustworthy and that I would have a level of protection. Completely wrong.

The week following the purchase was spent calling them every day with a different issue, I raised a complaint about the entire farce on 03/07/2024 for a manager call back and I am still waiting.

Has over 1000 members and growing daily. Terrible company to deal with. Cars are junk. Hard sell on worthless products. Absolutely no aftersales service. The list is massive.

Terrible experience
Car broken down just after 40 days ! Still in their garage now for a new engine i only whish their give my money back and finish with this torment. Please anyone reading this dont step your foot at their shops save your self alot of hassle and stress.

I purchased a vehicle on 17.08.24. On the 22.08.24 it broke down. The vehicle was covered by a 3 month warranty. The warranty company arranged a tow truck and asked me to take it to my local garage. CROOKS - Sold faulty car
Bought a BMW White 3 series from big motoring world on the 15th of July 2024. It was advertised to have driver assistance features such as lane assist, automatic rain sensors on the windshield. On the test drive i completed a week before I picked up the vehicle no issue. Worst Car Dealer
I bought a Honda CRV within 6 months driving the vehicle. I start having problem with the rear differential which in the 3 years warrantee list was covered. Sell faulty cars
Normally I don't give bad reviews but this need to be said to make aware other customers. If I could, I would give no ? I don't recommend this dealer and definitely not the warranty company. I bought a car in January and after 1 month the engine light came on. Since then, they are not capable to fix it. They make you waste your money and time only, saying to do a diagnosis but in the end they do
