Having just read another review, thought I'd add my experience. Bought a Passat from Buckingham's four years ago and recently an Audi A6 and cannot praise them enough. Have had a warranty with both and they have resolved any issues with both cars with no fuss. They seem to have an amazing knowledge of VW/Audi and seem very customer focused......
