If I could give cartime no stars I would do. Bought my car 9th March only to find out it did have a fault on it as I told them. We are now at the end of September and I'm still waiting for a refund as I took my case up with the financial ombudsman. Fab!

We traded in our little old banger for a Mini Cooper and couldn't fault the service. We did point out a few bits of work that needed doing, but that was all sorted before we collected the car.
