Ripped Off
I bought a Renault Clio LY16 BXH, which was advertised as having full service history; however, when I went to pick up my car, the sales person told me that the service book had been misplaced and they would post it to me within seven working days. It was many weeks later when a received a service history (as it had been sent to the wrong address), but it was for a different car. As you can imagine, I have been really unsatisfied with Cartime’s customer service. two months later they admitted to the fact that they did not have the service history. The car is worth much less without service history. They are either incompetent or lying to me and despite following their procedures and communicating with their customer services department every week. The are in breach of the Consumer Protection Law but keep on trying to fob me off. I saved up the money for a long time for this car and as a young woman feel that they are taking me for a ride.
