Little after sales care
To be fair to Carcraft in Chertsey the initial sales experience was good and they upsold a 4 yr guarantee at a cost of £1500. My problem came about when I had to take it for an MOT. The garage they recommended made errors which cost me time and money. They incorrectly failed the MOT which resulted in days of running round and time off work which was not needed. Whilst the garage admitted they made a mistake and Carcraft agreed that the garage acted unprofessionally, nobody took responsibility for my wasted time and money. The Carcraft customer Service Head office were terrible and just told me to contact the garage again. The problem is that I have paid Carcraft for the 4 year guarantee and they pay the garage so surely they should help to sort the problem out. Without paying the garage any money they are not going to compensate me or refund me.
Overall, I feel let down and as I have only had the car for 4 months I am not filled with confidence for the remainder of my guarantee.
