Beware this company: Don't buy from them!
A sad outcome, after putting a £400 pound deposit down on a BMW, I had the RAC inspect the car. There were quite a number of issues, including NO Dip stick, concerns over steering condition, a vibration was evident, and handling, including brakes. The engineer had taken it out on a test drive, which I was not able to do fully, as the 'test drive' at Cargiant, is around an industrial estate, where you can barely get up to 25miles per hour. Service documentation was not presented nor latest MOT, and the Engineer recommended a full service and brake inspection (to manufacturer's specification), be carried out, which might have revealed further defects. A registration document (V5c) was also not seen for the vehicle and therefore the vehicle identification number and engine number could not be identified.
Given these concerns I did not wish to go further with purchasing the vehicle. I contacted Cargiant, and asked that under the circumstances I would like my deposit back. They said they do not give deposits ba
