Avoid like the plague—the black death
Bought car from them in Sep 23. Nov 23, car broken down. Called Cargiant, said it's a major fault with"Adblue Emissions Impossible to Start" fault showing up. Cargiant said they will come and pick it up and repair it and I would have to wait till mid-dec 23 for pickup.
Told them Consumer Rights Act said Dealership cannot inconvenience me as I live in an area where I have to drive to work and suffering poor health etc. They didn't care. I asked for a courtesy car, which they gave me when they came to pickup my car. Couldn't use the courtesy car as it had mould growing on seats (photos taken). Continuously told them they are breaking the law as I am being extremely inconvenienced, cannot afford to hire my own car, need to go to school, work etc. Did not care.
Picked up the repaired car 2 days ago. Broke down AGAIN yesterday! Trying to get a refund, they are not giving it, legal action taken.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Email response takes weeks, different answer everytime.
