Vauxhall Zafira DU10UTL

Bought this vehicle in lockdown, no test drive available but offered 14 day refund with max 20 miles on clock or £1 per mile thereafter. Rules are 3mths and 250 miles! Car delivered 4/1/21 but wouldn’t start on 5th, engine management light on etc. Finally got started but missfiring and low power. Took to own garage for diagnostics and multiple faults shown. Returned vehicle on 9th Jan, by transporter at my cost and returned for full refund. Several phone calls ignored and smarmy arrogant bloke who told me someone else will deal with this when he’s in, but never in and never returned calls. Used online chat and email and eventually got full refund on 21st Jan. Happy now, but stressful experience, was ready to issue ccj and then bailiffs

Appalling! Avoid! Taking them to court
Bought a Mitsubishi FTO - advertised as spares of repairs - they delivered it on a trailer and in the process smashed the front-up unloading it, causing £1500 worth of damage to the front spoiler/ bumper equal to what I was paying! Refused to accept responsibility and constantly tried to fob me off before simply ignoring my calls and text messages. Also, delivered vehicle without an ignition key

Sold me a dangerous car
Full review is that I bought a Renault twingo. Got it home car wouldn’t start. Had to purchase a new battery for them to refund. Took them 3 weeks before I got that as they said it was send out in post- which wasn’t. Car then started cutting out, jolting, loss of power etc many many problems wrong. Avoid these conmen
I am having to take these dirty low life scumbags to court. I have returned a faulty vehicle to these people for a refund due to numerous ongoing issues. Have been told if I don’t take vehicle back I will be charged storage! Let’s see how the courts see these threats!! No knowledge of mechanics of cars !!!

Worst dealer ever come across
They sell faulty cars and take your well earned money. They give a good sales pitch but it's all a load of shite. The warranty is not real either It's all a SCAM The warranty company is a lock up Who is would want u to use the warranty in the first 24 hrs of buying the car They have your money- u left with a faulty car and false promises. They don't even post the car paperwork off to dvla
