I have been looking around at different car dealers and online as my car got wrote off by an uninsured driver. I went to trade cars 3 times looking at different cars each time with my dad as he is a picky person. Amanda the sales lady was full of very useful information and she knows her stuff about cars but I never felt forced in any way to buy. I went for a Ford focus they had and when I got home I noticed a fault with car I got in touch with Amanda and straight away she said to bring it in and they will have a look at it for me as they know I have 2 young children that go in the car. Amanda is a lovely lady that you can have a good laugh with and feel comfortable with. I never read reviews before I buy as I work in sales myself and I buy from the person as you only ever see negative reviews and I'm sure they are a lot of happy customers out there as they are a very busy place

Im very pleased with the car. My grievance is the poor customer service/ after sales service. The staff are inaccurate with their information. They exaggerate the facts to their bosses, and the service is slow. A very minor fault and 4 days to fix. A mechanic who cant be contacted and staff who hang up the phone. Quality...

First of all i would like to say that im very pleased with the car itself, however, this must be luck if some of the reviews are to be believed. My grievance is with the level of customer care and after sales service. All seemed to be being dealt with in a very professional manner, until i asked when i could expect my car to be repaired. Bought a Vauxhall corsa 3 months ago from this company after the first week the engine management light came on took it back and left it with them. Terrible customer service
When purchasing my first car we looked online and found this garage! However when we arrived they didn't bother approaching us and asking if we wanted any help or if there was anything they could do.
