Avoid these guys

I purchased a vehicle from Cleckheaton Motor Sales in Feb 2016, which broke down on the way home. Going through all the documentation they gave me, the first few pages were for the car I bought, however the rest, including the service book etc. were for a car of same make, model and similar registration but not the actual car. Owners were rude and abusive, and really couldn't care less once they have your hard earned money.

They dragged it out through mediation and delays for well over a year until it finally went to court. Judge found in my favour within minutes, though they still didnt pay and I had to incur addition costs to get bailiffs involved. However, Cleckheaton Motor Sales used a loop hole in the law and added 'ltd' to their name. Meaning all previous debts are unenforceable.

First of all i would like to say that im very pleased with the car itself, however, this must be luck if some of the reviews are to be believed. My grievance is with the level of customer care and after sales service. All seemed to be being dealt with in a very professional manner, until i asked when i could expect my car to be repaired. Bought a Vauxhall corsa 3 months ago from this company after the first week the engine management light came on took it back and left it with them.
