Highly avoid this company

Bought a Vauxhall corsa 3 months ago from this company after the first week the engine management light came on took it back and left it with them.

They claimed to have fixed it after two to three days the engine management light came back on and the car was losing power again took it back and went mad with them and told them if it not sorted I want my money back brought it back and was taken to some back street garage they used to fix there cars...

Then the wheels they claimed to be black alloys where only sprayed cos they started stripping and the exhaust fell off took it to a garage which said the exhaust had been bodged now after three months the car is now needing a new engine and only has 42.000 miles on the clock this garage does not check there cars they are selling to the public and are hard to get hold of when trying to call the garage a total disgrace

Im very pleased with the car. My grievance is the poor customer service/ after sales service. The staff are inaccurate with their information. They exaggerate the facts to their bosses, and the service is slow. A very minor fault and 4 days to fix. A mechanic who cant be contacted and staff who hang up the phone. Quality...

Terrible customer service
