Made me feel looked after and respected

This was my first time buying a car on my own, and it had taken me ages to pluck up the courage to take such a big step. I knew exactly what I wanted, and found that Colin Ludwell had one in stock that was perfect. I phoned them up, and spoke to Barry who put all my anxieties to rest. A couple of days later I turned up with a friend to look over the car. Barry left us in peace to look at the car, didn't try to fob us off, didn't try to flog me something more expensive, just respected my wishes, answered my questions, gave good advice and made me feel really looked after. A couple of days later I'm driving off in my new car, full of new-found confidence. I can't thank Barry enough for how looked after and respected he made me feel, and I now enjoy driving once more for the first time in ages. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anybody. Thanks!

Fabulous car and even better Salesman
Bought X-Trail from them, and travelled a long way to get it. Exactly as described and Adam was a joy to deal with. Its rare to find a salesman so knowledgeable and honest. We'll certainly be back for another car. If you're looking for a car give Adam a call, you wont be disappointed.

Will I Buy A Car Today

Exceptional Service
After buying an extremely high quality low milage car from this dealer and being delighted with our purchase we did have a small problem with the car which would have been undetectable at the time. However on the very day that we took the vehicle to them the team at Colin Ludwell dealt with it there and then within one hour. A big thank you to all of the team and especially Chris.

Fantastic!
We purchased our car from Colin ludwell back in February. Today we needed a lambda sensor replaced, Chris got the part in & fixed within 2 hours. He even kindly replaced a bulb free of charge! Fantastic service, above & beyond. I can see why they have such loyal customers. Highly recommended!

Excellent service anxiety was gone from Hello!
Wasnt sure about getting a car on finance but needed 1 asap. This is my 3rd car.
