Very very poor service
I would like to tell a story about CRYSTAL MOTOR COMPANY in Rothersthorpe Rd, Northampton NN4 8HZ
1- I bought my car 3weeks ago. I paid the full amount in 1goal. They said it need to wait for the v5 to tax it. So, I have to wait three weeks. But in this period, I kept ringing them, they never ring me back to update the matter. :(
2- when I collected the car, they said there is a back wiper missing, need to order and then wait again :(
3- I drove the car for 1 week, I discovered that the parking sensor not working, the driver lock of the central locking is not working, also the air con and the heat is not cold or hot. :(
4- there are four things need to be checked, I rand them and asked wether the wiper is there or not, but they even not order it yet, WTF they doing? And I kept ringing them and asked, they still try to find every reasons to avoid this. At the last, I have made an appointment for the fixing and they told me that the part will guarantee be there tomorrow 23rd March, let see then. :(
