Annoyed and disappointed

Purchased my car from this garage 10 days ago with a full new MOT; on getting it home discovered the handbrake was so loose it would not hold the car on the flat, let alone a slope so got my local garage to tighten it which they did free of charge. I always get new tyres when I change a vehicle and that was done yesterday, only to be told I have a leaking rear shock absorber and a leaking front gaiter both of which should not have been allowed out the garage without repair, basically it seems the MOT is a 'quick job' and not to be relied on. There is a 3 month warranty with the car but as I don't trust their repair/MOT garage I will be getting it sorted with a garage I trust. They haven't even had the courtesy to reply to my email I sent to them. They certainly won't be getting our trade again; shame because they seemed to really know what they were doing and could be trusted - how wrong can you be!!

Terrible customer service
I purchased a Q7 on 7th January 2023 from Crystal Motors. The car was prepared well and all seemed well at that point. However from this point onwards it all went downhill very quickly. After having had the car for about 10 days I noticed oil stains on my driveway. I rang up Crystal on the 24th January and they said they would sort it but just need to wait until they have a courtesy car available.

Great service and value
Bought a 2014 Ford Galaxy from Crystal in May 2018 and was very impressed with the value for money and customer service. You can only speak as you find but all the staff were very professional and helpful and although there were only a couple of very minor issues to resolve eg replacement bulb, these were happily done by the garage next door when it was serviced before collection. I bought what I thought would be a safe and reliable car from this company. The day after I purchased it all the electrics failed and doors would not open from the inside.
