Dear Sirs I saw Alban yesterday at Finchley Road Audi as I required help with the car functions. He informed me that because of my response to the survey his commission had been reduced by 50%. I would like to clarify the situation. When I received the survey I did not realise that it was about Alban specifically and being busy at work did not pay too much attention to the questions asked.

Audi Finchley Road is the worse very bad for service and communication, they don't inform you and update you, staffs are very rude and the service is very poor and unprofessional . I seriously think this franchise Audi dealership a risk to the brand.
