I purchased my car on 15th May and since then too date I have had repeated issues with the car, it has been back for repairs 3 times and each time within an hour the same issues appear. They are very good at saying the right thing and putting the blame on me and my driving, assuming the car was driven, when it wasnt, claiming the mileage used which was really high but my journeys are local and I did not record the mileage when it initially went back. I gave them the opportunity to out the car right as it was sold unfit for use, after the same problems
Existed I requested a refund, The car was £7300 and they are claiming charges back of £5,200 which legally should be reasonable charges, this is not reasonable charges its ridiculous, how they could do this is so disappointing, even down to charging cancellation fee, had they sold a car fit for purpose I would not be asking for a refund. I have no confidence in the dealership and as a gesture of goodwill, showing this is not normal for their garage, I should
