Perfect

What can I say but a huge "Thank You" it's so nice to buy a car from not only a very friendly chap, but also someone who is honest and decent. I am so chuffed with my new purchase I would of given 5 stars if I got a full tank of fuel and a box of chocolates, but apart from that they were perfect.

I was met with a warm welcome, I was left alone to view the car without any pressure and when I did have a question, the sales person was happy to answer it.

The car was handed over with a full valet, all the current paperwork and we set up the tax whilst in the office. It's always a happy time when buying a new car, but it's much nicer when dealing with a company that make it so smooth.

really happy with purchases
i have brought 2 vehicles here now for my company and looking ro buy a third had a small issue with my first van but was resolved and fixed promptly and had no issues since that was 4 years ago since then ive added another and looking at more as my business grows salesman very helpful and allot better than other dealerships ive dealt with previously they go above and beyond to help

Don’t buy from this garage
Sold me a van with a shot engine 11,000+vat I drove it straight to a garage where it stayed for 7 months until they got a reconditioned engine fitted, I’m now need after the second time of driving it needing new clutch now what I’m having to pay for out my own pocket... Bad garage!!

Fantastic sales and aftercare
I must say this is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from hvc we have brought 2 vans and now a car we are really happy with our purchase and the work we've had done from them not many salesmen actually care but they do here they go out of the way to help I don't normally write reviews but I'm so happy with the vehicles

sold me a van that should not have been on the road
sold me a van that should not have been on the road . they fixed the van on 2 occasions then after a crash repair center looked at the van advised me to take it back as it was dangerous was in a bad accident and very badly repaired ,yes they gave me a refund but i was lucky i was not involved in an accident in this van , please bear in mind they had my van 6 foot up in the air on ramp 2 times
