Absolutely disgusting service

My husbands is physically disabled with very limited mobility, and responsible for doing the school run for our two small children every day as I work full time. His car broke down, and he went to Hearsall Common Car Sales and bought a car to keep us going for £2250. Within literally a couple of weeks this car broke down. With it being within the months warranty, my husband took it back to the garage. They said they’d put a new part in that would then outlive the car for £150, which my husband agreed to pay. However the garage have now had the car for two weeks. No sign of it being repaired yet - how long does ut take to order and fit a part?! My husband has lost £2250 and doesn’t even have a car for it.

I start a new job on Wednesday and he will then have no way of getting the kids to school thanks to this SCAMMER GARAGE.

APPALLING CAR, APPALLING SERVICE

Shocking experience. I bought an 07 Freelander for £6350 on 21/12/21. The car wasn't ready when I got to the garage, it arrived for me to drive home with three warning messages - low coolant, low washer fluid, bonnet open. Purchased a car from these guys on 16th July, 23rd July the car failed to unlock and obviously start. Flat battery, we jumped it charged and same again 24th July contact ed them about a faulty battery, had the battery tested by the AA, showing fault. Avoid this garage

Justs spent nearly £600 on brake pads, discs, tyres for a car we brought a few weeks ago. Not sure how this company have stayed in business for so long. I wonder if "a mate" does the MOTs.

I bought a B Class Mercedes. The car is a cracking example, the service is exactly as I could have asked for, having trolled around garage after garage.
