Sold unsafe fiesta st not all that the website makes it out to be.

Firstly Arrived to pick up my car up at a set time and yet still I had to wait an hour to be seen too!

Delt with money no problem handed over keys etc..

He said he would service the vehicle before I picked it up but no all he did was stamp the service book whilst I watched and on my way out sent me to one of his local garages to fill my fluids up! No service at all!

I then got home and me and my father went over the car just looking at it noticed a brake light out!? An worse than ever the trye pressures are meant to be 32 on the fronts and 29 on the rear neither of then was above 15 im sure one was 9psi! Car really should not of been aloud to leave the dealership in this state can safely say I will not be using them again.

Part exchange was quick and easy. After only 1 month had to replace front pads and discs. Had the car 3 months, gearbox had gone jnc 26 did not want to know. Luckiky i had the platinum warranty, but that only covered me for £1500, gearbox cost me £3100. 1 month later, fuel injectors, 3 pistons and the turbo have all disintegrated, warranty ran out cist for engine rebuild £4400. Stereotypical Car Salesman

These guys really add fuel to the untrustworthy car salesman stereotype. First I want to say that the car I purchased from them has been perfect in terms of quality and value, nothing has gone wrong after a month of driving thankfully. However aftercare and general service has been awful, and if something did go wrong I can only imagine the nightmare if would be to deal with these guys. Buy

Do not buy the suzuki swift !

Avoid. Rude and threatening

Decided not to buy a car after salesman had done a credit check. He then said he would apply for finance with many other finance companies to reduce chances of being accepted with another purchase. Am currently on to Trading Standards and FSA. Will keep an eye via Experian and if such searched have been made I will immediately take legal action. Go to a proper dealer please!!

After agreeing a deal, my wife went to collect her car only to be told that they have decided to change their mind to suit them. no negotiation, no compromise just is what it is. They offer you a price on your car and even though my wife's car was viewed by the director of the business they offer her half that when exchanging cars!!!!
