Keep an open mind!

Having read some horrendous reviews about Junction 26, we went there with an open mind, to see for ourselves, not relying on the ramblings of some bitter people.

We had seen the car we wanted, on line, so took a trip out there, one Sunday afternoon.

Unlike some car dealers, we were not ''pounced on'' on arrival, and give space to look around until we needed to speak to a member of staff.

We were given the keys, and allowed to go for an 'unsupervised' test drive.

There were a few dents and scratches on the car, but the staff we were dealing with assured us, that they would be sorted, before we collected.. and true to their word...they were!

They even allowed us to store the new car there, until we had swapped private number plates over with DVLA.

Our old mini, was looked at by staff, and we were offered a MORE than fair price for it (TOP book price for age/year, PLUS some!!!) with no quibbling and haggling!

We have seen the asking price for our trade-in, and we know their ''mark-up'', and it just prove

Part exchange was quick and easy. After only 1 month had to replace front pads and discs. Had the car 3 months, gearbox had gone jnc 26 did not want to know. Luckiky i had the platinum warranty, but that only covered me for £1500, gearbox cost me £3100. 1 month later, fuel injectors, 3 pistons and the turbo have all disintegrated, warranty ran out cist for engine rebuild £4400. Stereotypical Car Salesman
These guys really add fuel to the untrustworthy car salesman stereotype. First I want to say that the car I purchased from them has been perfect in terms of quality and value, nothing has gone wrong after a month of driving thankfully. However aftercare and general service has been awful, and if something did go wrong I can only imagine the nightmare if would be to deal with these guys. Buy

Treat people like idiots
I bought a ford focus from these guys i took it for a test drive and all seemed well apart from a problem with brakes i mentioned this to the salesman and he told me it took 5 miles for brakes to syart working properly i have been driving for 30 years so just laughed at this and thought as it was a bargain i would get the brakes done myselfe. Do not buy the suzuki swift !
I brought a blue 2013 suzuki swift from this garage, it was returned after it being in the gargae for 2 weeks the DAY AFTER I BROUGHT IT, they had serviced the car wrong and put the completely wrong oil it in, this resulted in nearly full engine failure, i put a £500 desposit on the car and it took ringing everyday for nearly 4 weeks (i had to ring 8 times the day they finally put it back into my

Avoid. Rude and threatening
Decided not to buy a car after salesman had done a credit check. He then said he would apply for finance with many other finance companies to reduce chances of being accepted with another purchase. Am currently on to Trading Standards and FSA. Will keep an eye via Experian and if such searched have been made I will immediately take legal action. Go to a proper dealer please!!

Avoid at all cost
After agreeing a deal, my wife went to collect her car only to be told that they have decided to change their mind to suit them. no negotiation, no compromise just is what it is. They offer you a price on your car and even though my wife's car was viewed by the director of the business they offer her half that when exchanging cars!!!! Just bought a focus from this garage and they asked if I would put a honest review on as I had seen other reviews and I was a little bit worried about this garage.
