Robbers , theives ...AVOID

I can only agree with the above comment and a shame there is more of us. They are all over you at the beginning and advertise vehicles as “excellent” , like us we had a vehicle delivered that turned up with scratches and damage to wheels and then had the audacity to try and tear my 28 year old px apart but they are selling a 2.5 yr old as “excellent” that was so severely damaged we refused it. They then tried to move goal posts and say if i hand over £2500 to do the deal on the day bearing in mind they had received £32,000 by bank transfer. I refused then they said £2000 and i still refused then £1500 again i refused. They then took ages to return the money and took off a think air figure from my money with no discussion and decided to help themselves to my money for the issues they have caused??...false advertising , shoddy service , appalling treatment. Luckily i have the police onto them now for theft and i am pursuing them thru the court for the money they think they have the right to help themselves to .

We asked Lawton Brook for a contribution towards the cost but all we got is a don’t care attitude and arrogant staff (especially Steve). Please ignore their sales chat and flash cars as the
DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ ON TO LEARN WHY
I bought a 4yr old BMW X3 with a 12-month warranty for £37,000 from Lawton Brook in July 2023. In January 2024 the engine failed due to a faulty oil filter that collapsed and was sucked into the engine causing £23,000 in damage. The ‘warranty’ that came with the vehicle refused my claim stating the part which failed is a serviceable item and is not covered. Lawton Brook blamed BMW stating the part
Complete Engine fail - 2015...and blown a hole in the engine
Legal process commencing against Lawton Brook so won't put too much detail yet. Sales person tells me to drive engine to failure then denies. Refuses to replace or refund. Tells me not to worry about warranty as he will sort it, it goes on and on.
