Lexus Sheffield - Appauling Customer Service - Avoid!!
Last year (2014) i bought a used Audi TT TDI from Lexus sheffield.
Looked good at first, except there were the usual stone chips and the alloys were scratched (not scuffed) and lacquer on the front two was peeling so they all needed refurbing.
This was agreed to be included in the sale, as was a full service.
A week later and pickup day arrived. I was pressured into taking out Gap insurance on a 4 year old used car?!?!. I stood my ground and declined.
The wheel refurb work wasn't done. They said call us and arrange a time to bring it back and we will get it done. I was living in Bristol at the time so that wasn't exactly convenient.
Brought it back 2 weeks later. Work was done on front 2 tyres, really awful job with a spray can, with paint drips and rough surface.
Also found out the parcel shelf bracket was broken, and rear screen heater element damaged. And the service wasn't carried out as I checked air filter which was black. I politely complained and they didn't want to know. Shocking service.
