Avoid!!!

We bought a C Class Mercedes from these people, fooled by the reviews. No faults were mentioned during the sale. The car made a horrendous noise from the next day. Took the car back and were told that everything was fine and this is usual wear & tear. We paid £110/- to get it checked from another Mercedes specialist, they diagnosed the rear differential being faulty. We were quoted 2.5K for the repair. The diagnostic report was sent to MB Brentpark. They responded after 7 days saying this is routine wear & tear. We requested this car to be returned and our old car given back along with the monies paid as the car was clearly faulty and the fault was not mentioned to us during the sale. MB Brentpark refused to take the car back. As per UK law we were entitled to a full refund within 30 days if the goods were faulty and not fit for purpose.

Despite of sending numerous emails we did not get any help from them.

Now seeking legal advise.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a really pleasant expiration buying from MB Brent Park, huge range of Mercedes-Benz models, but what stood out was the customer service. This did set them above the rest. I will recommend.

Be Aware!
Be Aware! I bought an expensive Mercedes Benz Car 2013 reg from them only 2 months before and it’s already showing a lot of problem. When I informed them about the faults; they simply refused to resolve the issues and rather advised me that if I had bought a new car this wouldn’t have happened. They sold me a faulty car!!
