Accused and chastised when asking for an exchange.

i asked for an exchange under the approved used scheme. I was then chastised, belittled and made to feel like a criminal for asking my right. They even denied any knowledge of the scheme originally and said the car had to be faulty. I was spoken to in a manner I did not expect. Although I got an apology from it, it showed their true colours. Will I recommend this dealership? NO. Next time I will go back to Toyota, as their customer approach is far more professional and organised. Mercedes experience was the worst experience I have ever had. It is as shame. However I should not judge the standards of Mercedes Benz. That is the level of which you feel is correct. Disrespecting, chastising and impling customers as being liars is what Mercedes brand stands for. .
