I purchased my CLS 350 from John, from the start he has been faultless. Staying late and answering a million questions and emails from me. I have been a very demanding client expecting and receiving exemplary service. Immediately after purchasing the car I drove 3500 miles around Europe. I identified a couple of small niggles which where dealt with politely and professionally. Well done. I will certainly come back for my next purchase. I recommend this company without reservation. I love the car

Accused and chastised when asking for an exchange.
i asked for an exchange under the approved used scheme. I was then chastised, belittled and made to feel like a criminal for asking my right. They even denied any knowledge of the scheme originally and said the car had to be faulty. I was spoken to in a manner I did not expect. Although I got an apology from it, it showed their true colours. Will I recommend this dealership? NO. Next time I will g
