I am sharing my experience of purchasing a Mercedes B-Class, registration EO14 XOD, from this dealership to help other potential buyers make an informed decision.

After negotiating a price with Roy, I travelled approximately two hours from North Wales to purchase the vehicle. I carried out a short 5–10 minute test drive, during which I noticed a rattle. However, the engine was already running when I arrived, so I was unable to assess it from cold.

The following morning, the car struggled to start and misfired severely. A Mercedes main dealer subsequently identified several faults, including no compression in cylinder 1, a stuck injector, excessive play in a suspension bush, a rear tyre cut to the cord, another cracked tyre, and various other issues involving the wiper motor, air conditioning and parking sensors.

I contacted Roy to discuss the problems and request a resolution. I was offered repairs at the full asking price or the option to return the vehicle subject to charges. I eventually returned

?? Think Twice Before Buying Here
I raised concerns about the rear brakes before buying and was assured they would be taken care of if they became an issue within 3 months. When the problem occurred, the promise was not honoured, and I ended up paying £110. My advice: make sure every agreement is clearly written and confirmed before buying. Avoid like the plague!
My 19 year old daughter found a mini convertible through Millenium which we were buying for her. Beware of this Car Sales business
AVOID This business misleads potential customers. The car I was enquiring about was not as described. A video I was sent did not show major faults. I wasted 4hrs to visit their premises in Manchester and yet the representative I corresponded with, I was advised, was based in London!

Wish I'd checked the review sites before purchasing a car from Alan. An mot test centre has confirmed thaf this car should not have passed an mot. The mot centre he took his cars to where in on it. Didn't get as far as buying, the whole experience was just hideous.
I am one of those people who are evidently totally invisible to car salesmen.
