poor poor service and further more money and my behalf

I purchased a car from them in January under engine and gear box WARRANTY.

As i left the shop the engine light appeared, so i returned to them straight away. car was reviewed and diagnosed the problem and would only need a part which he would send in the post the next day and we could be on our way home.

Its been over 5 months now with countless phone calls to MONZA , it started with the part been lost in the post , doing follow ups , the part never left there town and now Monza is telling me that my car is out of warranty and that its not there problem any more.

outcome: It will cost me further more money to repair and wasted time on Monza

HEADS up to new buyers , I felt UNRELIABLE treated , not enough communication.

We were looking for a Nissan Micra for my daughters first car. Harry the owner of this garage was nothing short of excellent, helpful and communicated with us in a friendly professional manner. The Micra we purchased is in excellent condition. I cannot fault this garage. Thanks again PC

customer service stinks
We have just tried to view a vehicle at 11am as arranged the previous evening.Only to be informed on arrival that it had been sold that morning- so tough- first come first served.We were also told it was our fault they couldn't warn us because we hadn't left a contact number,silly us thinking an arrangement meant the vehicle would still be there!!!! As a dealer who relies on keeping customers happ
