poor poor service and further more money and my behalf
I purchased a car from them in January under engine and gear box WARRANTY.
As i left the shop the engine light appeared, so i returned to them straight away. car was reviewed and diagnosed the problem and would only need a part which he would send in the post the next day and we could be on our way home.
Its been over 5 months now with countless phone calls to MONZA , it started with the part been lost in the post , doing follow ups , the part never left there town and now Monza is telling me that my car is out of warranty and that its not there problem any more.
outcome: It will cost me further more money to repair and wasted time on Monza
HEADS up to new buyers , I felt UNRELIABLE treated , not enough communication.
