Disgusting service

I was passing this garage and thought I would call in as we were desperate for a new car,I saw a Vauxhall Antara and decided to go for it,I saw a sales man who then sent me through to the finance guy,after a couple of days I got a call saying it had been passed and I needed to call in to sign the paperwork.

I returned and signed then asked for a test drive,I drove the car and there was such a banging noise off the front end I drove it straight back,the salesman said it had only just come in and had not been checked over (in other words it should not have been put up for sale as it was not road worthy),they said it would be ready in a couple of days and have a full mot.

3 days later they rang saying it needed another part (Transfer box) and would have to order it,so a week later and numerous calls where they never answer and allways say they would call back, I started to get angry eventually I got a call a few days later saying they had sent the wrong part and it would be another week.

A week later still no

Car has constant.problems

Since i bought this car i have had lies told to me ppor repair work and the car they sold had a really bad hidden past which thwy kept very quiet. Very poor after sales services

I bought a car from them two weeks ago 6/6/18 Motor Range Magull. it developed a grinding noise at the rear when braking. I took the car back.
