I regret using them

I have used the service of vines of Guildford BMW car service for my BMW car and regret it now. They had given me a loan car till the servicing is done. I had taken this car home on a 1.6 miles drive and had taken it back again to get back my car. To my surprise they charged me £240 saying, they are charging me this as the car wheels had some scratches. It was an used car. I gave it back in the same condition they gave me. I didn’t take this car anywhere and just used to get home and back to the service centre and I can’t believe they took such a huge amount for no fault of mine. My serviced car had not even been cleaned properly. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
