BUYER BEWARE, ILLEGAL TACTICS AND TOTALLY UNETHICAL!!!

I have NEVER before left a negative review for any business until now!

To help others make an informed decision on buying from Peter and David at Village Cars Cobham, I decided to post this review.

UNETHICAL BUSINESS!

ILLEGAL TACTICS!!

WARRANTY NOT HONOURED!!

Bought our Kia Ceed with 74,000 Miles on the odometer and a 3 month warranty, which swayed our decision to buy.

We had mechanical problems within the

FIRST FEW WEEKS!

Needing complete new Pulleys and Belts System, Alternator and Air conditioning pump!

As these problems occurred in Scotland, we phoned Village Cars Cobham to let them know that there were problems with the car and we were taking the car to an independant garage in Scotland. Initially they said they would 'contribute' to repair costs for the Pulley and Belts System. HOWEVER, after the car being repaired and paid for by ourselves, they then denied any responsibility for repairs, saying 'mis-diagnosis' of the pulleys system and
