Bad customer service

We recently bought a car from here, could not fault the sales team at all. However, I have just had to phone the customer service department as the service light is on despite it having had a service. The lady I spoke to was very rude indeed. I couldn't hear the question I was asked so asked her to please repeat it, she proceeded to shout slowly at me and generally talk down to me. I challenged her about the way I was being spoken to. It was only then that she seemed to remember her manners and realise she was in fact talking to a paying customer.

Terrible customer service from service dept
I have bought three cars from Peter Vardy. I was very satisfied with the first two. The third one however was a very different story, to the point where I will never deal with this company again.
